RETURN POLICY
At FEMME SA, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, you may return it for a full refund or exchange within 7 days of receiving your order. To initiate a return or exchange, please contact us at Hello@femmesa.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with a return label and instructions on how to send back your order. Please note that items must be returned in their original packaging and in new, unused condition.
CARE INSTRUCTIONS
It is safe to wear your FEMME SA jewellery in water and during exercise, making our pieces ideal for everyday wear.
However, please avoid contact with chemicals such as perfumes, shampoo’s, hand sanitiser, lotion, soap, etc. which may cause the colour of the jewellery to change over some time. If the jewellery does come into contact with chemicals or is dirty, please use a dry microfibre cloth to gently polish & wipe it down.
Everyone's skin type is different and unique. With some people skin type having strong reactions to the gold plating and its longevity.
Some of FEMME SA jewellery pieces are extremely dainty and delicate, especially sterling silver, please handle these pieces with care, including storing items individually as not to rub on other metals.
FEMME SA, will not be held liable for the colour of your jewellery changing or other damages, caused by improper care or not following care instructions.
